일부 이용자 분들에게서 해외 결제 이용시, 결제가 안되는 경우가 있는 것으로 확인 되었습니다. 원인은 아래와 같습니다.
카드사의 정책에 따라, 과거 문제가 있던 카드로 해외 거래를 할 경우, 해외 결제 위험을 줄이기 위해 자동으로 결제를 막을 수 있습니다.
해외결제 또는 계좌이체를 진행 했는데, 리더로이 앱에서 교재가 보이지 않으신다면 저희 쪽으로 문의 메일 보내주세요.

Some users have experienced issues where overseas payments are not being processed. The reason is as follows:
According to the card issuer’s policy, if a card has had issues in the past, overseas transactions may be automatically blocked to reduce payment risks.
If you have completed an overseas payment or bank transfer but cannot find your textbook in the Readeroe app, please contact us via email. We will investigate the issue and assist in resolving the error.
